Member-generated content disclaimer and rules

Discussion content in our member-generated sections (Forums, Blogs, Member Profiles, etc.) reflect the views of individuals, and not necessarily FCAA.  Our goal is to create an open community where the opinions, experiences, ideas, and activities of alumni and our allies are welcome.  FCAA bears no liability for the accuracy of participant comments. 

The following rules govern FCAA's member-generated sections.  Please read carefully before participating.  Your use of the interactive sections of FCAA's website will constitute your agreement to comply with these rules:

1. If you participate in a discussion, you are responsible for ensuring that any material you post to FCAA's website does not violate or infringe upon the copyright, patent trademerk or any other personal or proprietary rights of any third party, and is posted with the permission of the owner of such rights.
2. You agree not to use offensive language or to place on FCAA's website any material that is libelous, abusive, or hateful, constitutes junk mail or unauthorized advertising, invades anyone's privacy, or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.  You agree to use FCAA's website only for lawful purposes.
3. You must be a member of FCAA to contribute to online discussions and forums.
4. To maintain a high quality content, FCAA's discussion moderators may remove or edit messages that are deemed offensive or that violate or appear to violate any law or regulation.

Violation of these rules may result in your access privilages being removed, with or without warning.
